We’ll begin with an intentional connection and guided meditation with Master Astrologer James Joseph Rosenfield, tuning into the cosmic energy of the Fire Horse and setting a powerful inner spark.
This unique LHB Soul Center experience bridges astrology and embodiment — igniting the spirit through cosmic reflection before awakening the body through primal movement.
Kathryn Smith will then lead a dynamic Primal Flow Yoga class.
